Guys i have noticed a lot that Google Analytics doesnt provides accurate stats as compared to stat counter...does anybody else have experienced this thing....
Give us some numbers and tell whay exactly you see different.
Each stat follow it's own way, may be some count IP visit for 12 hours and some for 24 hours. And as well there can be change in data for returning visitors and many more possibilities.

it was for my previous client...the difference was in the conversion of adwords and analytics...
for eg: when i checked for a period of one week the conversions were 15 but when i checked that same thing in analytics it was 22...and the period was 15 days back i was checking....so what could be the possibility of this difference....
Does that 22 excludes organic results. You can use the metrics option to find exact ones.

Analytics goals and AdWords conversions are tracked in slightly different ways, but jag is right, the most likely reason for the difference you saw was that in Analytics you are looking at data from all sources (PPC, organic search, direct traffic, emails, referring sites, etc) whereas AdWords conversions are only tracking people who have come through Google PPC ads.
