I have been doing SEM since past year but still wanted to figure out the best way how to optimize the account in initial stage....pls share your thoughts...

start with good ad groups and use the info to tighten everything up... eventually you will find the 80 20 rule becomes obvious what is working well and then use the rest to get the smaller conversions
