Today i've posted an simply straight forward question.
I'd like to know that is there any thing link Anchor Spam can affect website rankings?
Personally i don't feel, because i've been watching from very long time that many websites have their links in footers in their clients websites from each and every page with the same Anchor link to their homepage.
e.g. seo by, web design by, web development by, n ....so on...
Do you call it anchor Spam?

The anchor spam can impact the site that has them... though with no follow they can be saved... the engines are ysed to seeing the design on every page and such... but when non associated terms start appearing in them they will be hurt as they suggest they are selling links
the people who rceive the links will not be impacted otherwise we can hurt our competitors by setting such things up... what happens is they just don't count in the worse case

Thanks for reply, AW.
It might be a one of SEO Myth but i'd seen a lot website are doing better with that especially CMS systems are having their link in footers by default on all websites which has been developed or going to develop.
So you mean to say link spam and anchor spam has no more difference.
Lets change question now...
Having links from various IP but for the same Anchor Text could generate Anchor Spam? It will be 100% ethical link building tactic just i want to keep my anchor only a keyword lets say "SEO Company"

If you are going to add multiple anchor text in one site, i think that is spam.

Enough of that, and G may take away your rankings for that term. You need to mix it up.
