It all depends on the keywords you are optimized for and where you are positioned

That's a bit of an open ended question. Do you mean the amount of organic from Google compared to organic from Yahoo, etc? Or do you mean the amount of organic from Google compared to PPC?

For our sites:

Google organic compared to the other Search Engines - about 80%.

Google organic compared to PPC - well we use a sliding scale of a new site will be mainly PPC, and then as the sites breaks thresholds in traffic (Unique Visitors), we lower the PPC budgets
as we naturally get more traffic coming from other sources.
