You have to "choose a service" to use first. I clicked Google Answers just to shut it up and I can't get in to the account now without asking a question. It was very ambiguous - it seemed like it was "recruiting" people to answer questions.

Seems to be OK now, but that sure was a wierd kind of a buggy looking thing. It happened when I'd forgotten my password and reset to a new one. Could *not* get out of that. I closed the window and left, it was like running into an advert you couldn't get past.

But I've been back a couple of times and it hasn't happened again - though it shouldn't have happened even then. I'm sorry I didn't catch a screenshot.
