Step 1: Sell it on eBay
Step 2: Open an eBay store
Step 3: Create a store off of eBay, and let all your eBay customers (and listings) know about the off-eBay one.

You can substitute eBay for Amazon as well.

Keep on top of your fees (Rule #2 of business!) at all times.
