Okay, this may be a stupid question, but it has had me stumped for some time now.

When Google returns it's organic results a lot of times (usually with bigger companies) the first result has not only the website, but a list of popular pages on the site. How does one achieve a listing like this?

It's based a few things, but mostly pages on your site having great user friendly content.
