I've created my first Web Site perceptionsystems.com. But Bounce rate of my web site is very High So I am little worried about it. So if any one can give me the solution to reduce that rate & how to optimize my site, it’s appreciated.

The site is too busy and India Outsource should be down played and just have outsourced assistance - or web design help with oscommerce as highlight

It's hard to avoid bounce rate because searchers just mistakenly click the website that they don't really wanted to visit.

Actually, there are no possibilities to avoid bounce rate.
