Seo is s process to optimize a website to get high ressult in SERP.To get started study website and findoout and make a list of keyword related to service and product.Put your mossst important keywords in title and also use in description and in body contents.

SEO is all about making your website rank as highly as possible in the SERPS (search results pages) as possible when an end user searches for something in Google for example. In my humble opinion, SEO is split in to the technical (meta, urls, code) and non-technical (keyword & copywriting).
