Trellian is really good... but there are a bunch of free things out there now and firefox plugins that are solid... try looking at the tools at seobook,com and then do a search for firefox plugins and go through those for what you need.

Be aware that the free options come with a few limitations - you can only run a limited amount of queries at a time. Most of the paid subscriptions manage the queries over multiple networks and IPs.
