does anyone know of a tool that can scan a site for flash files? I would like to use this on my client's site audits without having to hunt through hundreds of pages...

hmm, wouldn't know how to do that or what I'd be looking at. I don't use server logs in any way :(

Try this, go to Google & search for:
site:URLHERE.com filetype:swf

Replace URLHERE.com with your site's domain name.
