I'm assuming the problem is that my site is only a month old, but I have a lot of links from partners and those random directories that are about, but Google hasn't picked any of this up, I have no links registered. PR is 0. Pages are indexed. It's not showing for any terms of course.

Do I just wait?

yep give it some time...the site is only one month old, and it could take a while (and maybe additional content and substantial linking) to rank, especially in a competitive field.

one month is just not long enough. For some competitive niche, a good website will take 6 months or even longer time to have good ranking.
