I know have my clients site in the top ten spots in google for two of the keywords we wanted. I have no.3 spot and no.9 spots, I also have no.9 spot in aol, and page 3 in yahoo!!.

I havent really done any optimization of the site as such, but the link building help, and the keywords selected for this have really helped
