What do you mean by old SERPs....

What do you mean by old SERPs....

Old rankings seem to be appearing and rankings I had for clients have dropped abit.

Just wondering if some major update has occurred or if another Google Update is in the process.

Google is now continuously updating its index so SERPs could constantly jump around as new sites are found or existing site are changed. It is only the PR level and backlinks information through the toolbar that is updated on a somewhat monthly basis.
