How can we make google show extra links to specific department to our site? when it shows our link in the search results.

For example:

www.shopping.com - great shopping place

shopping.com/new
Shop DVD - shopping.com/dvd
Shop Shoes - shopping.com/shoes
etc....

You mean . . .

search for "shopping" on google

results . . .

shopping.com
shopping.com/products

?

Your web site should be a very trusted one.
Old domain name, high PR , lots of links receiving, people spend some time on your pages when clicking one of your pages if they come from organic searches and so on...
