I have reviewed all of the giants out there (Atlast, Omniture, etc.) and they all offer a huge tool-set allowing bid management, rules, etc. This is more than I'm looking for and costs more than I'm looking to pay.

I like to do most of my initial work (adding keywords, modifying/adding ad copy, etc.) in Google and then export that to Yahoo and MSN. What I'm looking for is a tool that will allow me to simply do my work in Google and then efficiently push any changes that I've made in Google to my accounts at Yahoo and MSN. Does anyone know of, or have any recommendations of a paid search management tool that will do this without all the rest of the bid management fluff? I'm also trying to avoid a tool that requires adding *another* tracking pixel to our site.
