I have been going through the process of updating / editing a number of my clients listings in Google's Local Business Center, but the process of getting the updates approved is making me want to pull my hair out. (The whole postcard validation process is painful)
Has any one heard of or experienced a better way of handling the verification process? I have a feeling the answer is no, but I thought I would check....
Thanks!
You can use the call method and Google will call the business.

Depending where you are from there is also a sms option. What basically happens is Google sms's the Google Pin (this happens in 5 seconds or so) and once you enter that Pin into the Google Listing the listing is approved.
cheers:)

Does anyone know of any better methods? I represent a large corporation of doctors and it is very difficult to get the doctors to answer the phone to get the pin number. I tried the postcards, but they are getting thrown away by the office staff even though they have ATTN line for corporate.

If there are more than 10 locations you could try the "bulk upload" feature.

Do you know if this automatically is approved or does it have to go through a pin number approval method.

Some people say they have received the postcard and needed to submit the pin. I've had that happen for individual location listings but not with a bulk.
