How do I better use of RSS?
Does google consider all of the links in RSS as backlinks? If not why we generate RSS on our site.

RSS is also implemented in www.saqib-ansari.com but i didn't understand the right purpose of it.

First you should fix your feed:

When your feed is functional, you should submit it to a few "RSS feed search engines".

In answer to your question about Google, it depends on how you setup your rss feed in terms of links when rendered in html. It also depends on how pages in html render your links in html.

As far as your raw RSS feed in xml, Google has a special "Googlebot" for RSS feeds called Feedfetcher. Feedfetcher doesn't follow links at all it follows requests by users from Google's personalized homepage. For that reason you want to add an option to add your feed to a users Google personalized homepage, iGoogle and/or Google reader.
