and I will hazard a few guesses why you are nowhere to be seen in the search engine results for your keywords

<meta name="keywords" content="web hosting, hosting, web hosting provider, free domain, windows hosting, php, asp, perl, jsp">

you need to focus on some more niche keywords that suit what you are trying to provide.....because the keywords you have picked above, like 'web hosting' are extremely competitive and will take a lot of time and SEO work to get a good SE ranking...

Purely as an example it seems to me you are a reseller of Lunar pages hosting?? an example of a niche keyword might be 'Bulgarian web hosting'

As a sidenote....

statements like this We are the cheapest and the best web hosting provider in the world.
are not too wise unless you can prove that you are the cheapest and best in the world...which you cant ;)

Also, you have a PR of Zero...meaning you need to work hard on that as well (by obtaining quality links to your site from other respected relevant sites)

My site not but it is affiliate with lunarpages and it provides their hosting

lol I'm actually affiliated with paypal and amazon. Master crad, visa, Barclays and HSBC. I guess that makes me one of the biggests payment providers in the world then.

If this is how you mislead your visitors, god only knows what your doing in the SE's. Best of luck to you , you will need it
