Have anyone uploaded an xml file to Google with over one million links/products.

How long did it take you to get them all indexed with Google?

Unless you get a heck of a lot of link love down to the deep pages more than likely you'll only see a fraction of the pages indexed.

Link love is something we cannot get enough off..:)

Can't really say as the number and quality of external links are what is going to drive this. And then much depends on site structure for funneling the link juice to sub-pages.

A sitemap does not replace Google's normal method of crawling the web. All of your products may not be indexed.
