Why some sites having good page rank are using unrelevant links to get traffics? Is it good way to get traffics or not?

What do you mean "unrelevant links"? How have you determined that?

I am talking about the Non-quality back links.
A link from unrelated site.

Yes, but what is an unrelevant link? As cryptblade rightly said, how are you determining what a relevant link is?

I am talking about the Non-quality back links.
A link from unrelated site.

Links don't need to come from "related" sites - not for SEO, not for traffic, not for anything. A link is a link.

Links from "related" sites or sites with pages with contextual content that is "related" MAY help SEO (I say may because it depends on how it's executed and several other factors)

But I go back to this:

Why some sites having good page rank are using unrelevant links to get traffics? Is it good way to get traffics or not?

What you are asking is completely unrelated to each other. A site with "good" PageRank can have links from anyone, from anywhere. And if those links are giving them traffic, then great.

You need to be very careful what you are asking or else you'll not get the right answer.

Links from other sites for TRAFFIC ONLY is only meant to generate traffic - not related to SEO.

PageRank is nothing more than an indicator of the quality and authority of the site - not to mention there is a delay between when Google updates that information.

YOU, as an individual, CANNOT determine "unrelevant" or "relevant" links - it isn't up to you.

"Relevant" links for SEO is a part truth steeped in myth. Again, a link is a link. Links from related sites, sites with related pages, and links that use keywords in the anchor text all HELP to increase your RELEVANCE FOR THE KEYWORD.

But if I was to answer your question as it is - then YES. Links are a good way to get "traffics"

*shrugs*

In SEO point of view, quality links (those that related with your site's theme) are much appreciated...

Older articles about Google described that Google rankings are not only based on pagerank, but also on the text of and around the links. This means that consistent and relevant text around links could help to boost rankings. When building the http://www.walhello.com Search engine we implemented software to analyse the conistency of text links to determine the quality of the links and also to determine the keywords relevant for of a webpage. We called this the webpage fingerprint. These fingerprint of more than a million webpages are available on the Walhello webpage.

Research also showed that this consistency of links is higher if links are from related web pages.
