AOL's SafeSearch (automatically turned on for AOL Searches) is filtering out my website (see profile for URL). The website is for a day spa and while there is a decent amount of skin shown in some graphics on the site the worst graphic is of a behind with a thong on.

We have top rankings for many search terms on Google and therefore was concerned when I was nowhere to be found on AOL.

Could the graphic be enough to trigger the filter?
Is there any way to request that my site not be filtered? Or a fix (besides replacing the graphics)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
