Does anyone know of a good backlink counter that will list all backlinks for a given website rather than the first 1,000?

If you have not already done so, what about getting a Yahoo Site Explorer account: http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/

And/or a Google Account: https://www.google.com/accounts/ManageAccount

Aside from those, one of the best sites to get that information is Marketleap: http://tools.marketleap.com/publinkpop/

Maybe using a combination of all 3 will be your best bet.

Thanks for the info cctech but I was talking more in terms of viewing competitor backlinks and anchor text. I have all of the above for the sites I look after.

Backlinkwatch and a few other tools will count up to 1000 links but I am looking for a more exhaustive monitor.

i agree with you..but SE like MSN disabled the manual method of checking IBLs so i use submitexpress.

I use a number of tools to get as much as data as possible, but one of the ones I really like is http://www.link-assistant.com/seo-spyglass/.
