I am researching a campaign that I need to target at a certain demographic (i.e. very wealthy) in Kent and East Sussex, UK. I know that you can pin down the location on local search pretty tightly, but knowing which postcodes or districts to target in the first place is proving more difficult.

Somebody showed me a mapping tool (UK) a couple of weeks ago with colour coding on it for various demographics, almost down to street level. Because I am a complete doughnut, I have lost my notes.

Anybody got an idea of what that tool might be? Thanks.

Not sure about the UK but, I think you can do this via the new AdWords content network updated interface.
