Let's say I had domainA.com, and domainA.com/B for a specific product, the second of the two automatically redirecting viewers to domainA.com/products/B.html

The question: Is there a way to measure how many hits domainA.com/B is getting? Or would I just have to measure domainA.com/products/B.html?

...

Okay, well, I was using ClickTracks and it says that 9.8% of my visitors come to domainA.com/products/B.html through domainA.com/B - but it doesn't give me any sort of number. I'm looking for that number, in a nutshell!

You can't really track through a 301 or 302 redirect because there is no page with tracking code. The number you are looking for most likely shows up under "bookmarked"! You might try also adding google analytics to both sites.
