Analytics:
I'm currently using Google Analtyics for my corporate website but I was curious what people thought of some of the other tools out there and if it is worth paying. I can get budget to pay for a tool, but I only want to do it if it is worth it, otherwise I would rather save the money and use it for something else.

Any thoughts on GA vs Omniture? Websidestory? Others?

SEO:
I would love to find one tool (not too expensive) that would provide all of the SEO functions. I currently use Web SEO, which is pretty good, but I would prefer an online tool rather than software. The features I want are:

- Search engine term ranking
- Help with link building and search engine submission
- Automatically updating Google Site Map Builder (this is free in many places so not as critical, but it would be nice if it would update all our sitemaps without prompting)
- Link Popularity checking
- Automatic Link Quality Checking and alerts, regular spidering of the site looking for broken links
- Tools to help optimize specific pages for keywords

Nice to have: these featuers would be nice to have integrated into one tool but may need to be a separate function
- keyword suggestions with traffic numbers (like WordTracker)
- PPC Management (Google and others)

(for all of these I would like current numbers with historical comparisons where applicable)

Any thoughts are appreciated,
Thanks
