What tools do you use to find out the popularity of any site?
How would you rate Google toolbar, Alexa rating, Netcraft toolbar?

It really depends on the circumstances. If you are looking stats for a client, alexa "can" work well. If you are looking for potential sites for linking purposes, let the engines determine which sites would be more beneficial
