Is there any site or software that operates like Trellian's Keyword Discovery, but is affordable or free?
I only have one website to optimize, makes there price points a little unreasonable.

Yeah, there's a free version of both KeywordDiscovery (http://www.keyworddiscovery.com/search.html) and Wordtracker (http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/) that operate similar to Overture. With KWD, the tool will return your search with a predicted search count over the last 12 months. With Wordtracker, when you provide a keyword you'll see their count of the total number or searches performed across the web in the last ninety days, as well as their predicted daily search count for that term.

I'm hoping somone can offer some advice,
We are looking for a robust Keyword Analyzer Tool, That does not require rocket science to use.
Our main focus is to find a tool that can generate keyword idea's, phrases etc.
With excellent filtering and text sorting tools.
But obviously the biggest issue is reliable search data to focus on Niche Market areas for SEP and SEO.
I have been researching
Keyword Analyzer (Trial),
Rapid Keyword (Trial)
and Keyword Elite (Unfortunately you have to pay to play).
I am disappointed that these tools are relying on the defunct Overture Tool. My limited try with Keyword Discovery, has left me scratching my head, am I missing something? The Trial leaves me underwhelmed.
Rapid Keyword at least give you the option to choose sources
I'm hoping someone can give us some insight.
