I've been using Web CEO for a while and am satisfied with it. I was attracted to it because they had published some SEO tests results which is better than the average unsubstantiated assertions that you get from some software vendors. I have no connection with them.

I use TopicCrunch for a daily check on my position in the three engines against four keywords. Disclosure - that's my own product.

I don't prefer any software for promotion, even I don't rely on any automated software,
Automated software can helps you to promote your website, but for good results you must hire a good SEO person or outsource your search engine marketing to any good SEO firm, that will give you good result and with good quality :)

Good Luck

To promote your e-shop first of all you need a marketing strategy. SEO software just helps you to gather the information you need and to automatize boring and monotonous work.

As for me I used different SEO packages that are much spoken about and WebCEO fits me the best.
