I wonder if someone would mind helping me with a couple of issues?

We are in the goole natural search, however, and i look at the link:www and although the urls of products are listed in the index, they we are not able to find them under search. When we search keywords in google, we only ever find the homepage url.

Is this a link issue? Do we need to link in more to the specific page?
PM me and will let you know the url for a look. I don't want to put it here as competitors will see it.

I also have an issue that my google analytics utm= tracking link is showing up in natural search. One of my overture links shows up. This would make the figures for overture incorrect. Does anyone know why this url has been indexed in google?

Finally, can any SEO specialists email me as i require somone to wor on the site and help the cmpany get a better listing via backlinks etc.
