Hi All,
I optimised a new site in February and now it is ranking for few good keywords in Yahoo and Msn.

In google, for unimportant keywords the site is ranking. For the main keyword, which I targetted, Google ranked my site in 7th page during March. Before some few 2 weeks, it was ranking in 2nd page. But again today when i checked my site is in 5th page.

Can anyone suggest me, what might be the problem? How long I should wait to get ranks in Google ?

Just be patient. You have only had the site up since feb and your moving in the right direction.

It could take a while, maybe even up to 3 months or 6. Just be patient and get some more backlinks and use social networking sites to get your site indexed and some PR.
