So my Google Analytics hasnt reported anything since about 2pm EST yesterday. Is there some problem I should be aware of, or it just super slow in reporting today?

You're not the only one. I have heard from people on all different servers and time zones, that their reporting isn't updating either. At least you're not the only one. :o
