Has anyone else had their content and/or search type settings changed by the "upgrade"?

Somehow the accounts I manage have all had content match turned on and have had search type all changed to advanced. Since I never used either, it makes me wonder how it got turned on other than by the fine folks at Yahoo when they upgraded the accounts.

Check your settings at the account level. I think it's in the Administration tab. I noticed the same thing in our account - that some ad groups' settings had been changed to Advanced Match and Content On. However, campaign settings trump ad group settings, and account-level settings trump campaign settings. So if Advanced and Content are off at the account level, they're off, regardless of the settings in your campaigns and/or ad groups.

You may have already looked at this, but I know it's caused some confusion out there.

Once we migrate, I'll let you know what I find. I'm not the least bit surprised that Y somehow turns on content and advanced after migration to Panama. Why not squeeze a few dollars out of advertisers during the chaos? Overall, I haven't been extraordinarily disappointed during this process, but I guess my expectations were pretty low going in.
