Well nothing exactly like the Goto/Overture keyword tool, but Adcenter has an area called AdLabs (http://adlab.msn.com/) that will provide you with a great deal of info.

Remember that MSN's Bid estimates for a #1 position tend to be MUCH higher than all other SE's. What could be 2.25 on Google will be $19 on MSN. Confusing the issue more is that your actual CPC on a $19 bid is almost always a fraction of that.. $4.59 But look out, sometimes some keywords do trigger a full price CPC and BANG you find yourself hoping for a 75% conversion rate.

If you do a search on bankruptcy there, and then do one on Yahoo.com you will find a totally different set of advertisers taking up the first 3 slots.
