.... I have a YSM account which I've had since the GoTo days :eek:

I asked Y a few months ago to remove certain clients of mine which didn't happen.

Now I get an email from one of my former clients saying he has access to my account - I just tried to log into my YSM C Panel and can't get in as I'm getting an error message :confused:

The client is cool about it but I am worried about this possible breech of security for multiple clients.....

Still no joy after my second 'phone call

So now a former client has access to my Control Panel

This situation has been escalated each time and still not even the courtesy of a call back???
