Does Google Analytics display the parameter value for dynamic referral pages?

I only see the filename of the referral page but no "id" value.

Any ideas from anyone?

It doesn't and it's extremely annoying. I personally see it as a vital feature on any stats system, especially with so many sites still using index.php?page=123.

I think that Google has come up with a work around, although I do not think that it works fully and cannot find the page which mentions it.
