I am involved with a website that has a PR value of 0 in the toolbar (for a couple of months now) but shows a PR of 4 using a datacenter check on all datacenters except 1 (216.239.53.133) that shows a PR0 with livepr.raketforsnkning.com or other datacenter check tools. Is it possible that this site has gotten a penalty and if so what could I do about it? The site is completely SEO spam free. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
