Stupid question! (no such thing...). I noticed that some sites in the Google search results have subcategories / sublinks within their sites (e.g. contact page, about us, etc...) How can you get this?

Make sure all your titles are different on each page. Unique content is important too. Matt Cutts made a post on this last year - This should help you out-
