We run a small ski shop and last season we had great success selling ski bags from our site:

This season our ski bag page is nowhere to be found in google. Can anyone tell me why our page has dropped off? I know it is indexed, but why the poor results this year. Last season we were in the top 5 for the keywords "ski bags". We sell more ski bags than any of the other top 20 results that Google returns for the keywords "ski bag" or "ski bags".

May be a problem with the site, in the G cache of alpinesportsoutlet.com I'm getting a lot of 404s for your bottom navigation and your stylesheet seems to have gone AWOL...

Having said that I don't like the lack of results for "similar pages", or the paucity of links shown compared to the numbers in "contains the term".

OK - so our ski bag page mysteriously popped back into the 1st page of google results within 2 days of my first post. Hmmmm

Now I have a few more questions.

1) why doesn't our ski bag page (http://www.alpinesportsoutlet.com/c-48-ski-bags.aspx come back higher in Yahoo? Any ideas?

2) why does the link query in google return so few sites linking back to us? I know of dozens of other sites that link to us, but none of them are included in the google search results.
