Greetings, hopefully someone could assist me with this Adwords nightmare, perhaps they have also experienced this & corrected it themselves, since Google Adwords Email Support doesn't seem to exist. My Campaign seems to have been stuck since Sept 4,since then, no Impressions,no emails from Adwords,my account is up to date with payments,my campaign is simple (just one) ,one Ad Group, one keyword,CPC settings as usual (excellent results for about a month) & normal according to recommendations(not higher than the Daily Budget),I raised the Daily budget up a few Dollers 20% just in case. The situation has gone from a nightmare to worse ,I tried to add a campaign to replace another in order to get something going,it replaced it temporarily, when I logged back in the Campaign account these campaigns have suddenly multiplied & I could not delete them & they are presently active, when they were not before, a warning appears:
Warning Your latest changes were not processed.
Please note that you may not click your browser's 'Back' button to edit settings you've already saved through the wizard. If you'd still like to revise your campaign or Ad Group, you may continue from this page.
I never used the back button plus I can't delete or do anything since this warning appears repeatingly & nothing changes.Does anyone follow this? If you do your help would be greatly appreciated. :)Would anyone please share a phone # with the correct extension # in order to solve this problem with Google Adwords :D Thanks again.

This forum had some feedback:

Can you cancel your account and set up an entirely new one?

Also here is the number for Google Advertising: 866-246-6453. For the adwords group hit #2. :D

Finally, 3 days later,Google Adwords Support replied that the account was being reviewed & was placed on hold, which they never seemed to have taken the time to warn me by email of this event taking place. I am finally receiving Impressions, although I still have the scary problem of 4 Campaigns showing & not being able to delete the ones I do not need. The good news is the Impressions are showing up on one Campaign only, so far,& I advised Adword Support of the problem. Hopefully everything will be back to normal in a few days. Now we know,No Impressions may signify review time by Adwords,so sit tight & do not panic like I did.I really appreciate your reply & yes, I was thinking about starting all over again. It was close, but I couldn't find a way to shut the account.PS Thanks for the phone #. :D

I wonder if you were just running into a conflict with the new interface widgets Google has added.

Everything seems to be functioning normally now, although at times (30%) I still could not get passed 1 base (out of the Campain Summary to the Ad Group) because of the Warning.I have been checking out more what Adwords is about since this problem arose,& thanks to the knowledge available right here on this Forum,I am understanding more little by little.(I have been using Adwords services for 1 month now).My account is very simple 1 Campaign 1 Ad Group 1 Keyword since my website is a Cancun Directory,I have no products available for purchase, guess the keyword & I'll send you a screensaver. All the above to say "I have no clue to what are you talking about?" Please translate, since it certainly sounds like important info you are willing to share. Thanks in advance.

Google is in the process of some major changes with their interface and it is possible you have found some kind of glitch. Have you tried cancelling the account and opening another?

Opening any accounts from Mexico is a little more difficult process than from the US,it's regarding Mexican credit card issues, therefore I prefer to avoid that opition. If I get the warning,I proceed by deleting the Adword cookies, clearing the cache, restarting the computer & everythings back to normal again. Thanks for the explanation. :)

Can you get a screenshot of the warning and also let me know what browser you are using to access Google - and computer specs - speed, RAM size

I know that it usually takes 2 to 3 hours to pause or make major changes on an Adwords campaign. If it took you 2 - 3 days, I might speculate and agree w/ AussieWebmaster that this could be a glitch in their system due to some updates.

Since I own a Macintosh, the screenshot might be a slight problem, please refer to my original post for the warning itself & details follow in other posts, the computer is a Apple eMac 1GHz G4 ,
384 SDRAM (I do not leave other applications open while I'm on the internet, other than Thunderbird for Mail),my favorite personal Browser is the Firefox 0.9.3,I also use Explorer 5.2.3 for testing purposes since 85 % of the world uses it,out of desperation for a cure I also tried Safari 1.2.3. all Mac versions of course. Thanks again.

For the time being,no warnings in sight,in order to create the screenshot (thanks youngpup ) I will need to use my work parners' iMac (graphite model),the Apple Shift 3 shortcut will not function with the newer eMac for some logical reason, this is the slight problem. It also appears Explorer 5.2.3 for Mac is offering me more stability navigating the Adwords account.

I've just had the same error for a new campaign that was set up yesterday. I can access my other campaigns without any problems. My colleague had the error appear when he tried to access the account from his machine yesterday too.

The message appears in a pink box at the top of the campaign management screen.

SimonN, thanks for pointing this out.

What you describe is actually a known issue, affecting a small number of accounts, which is being worked on by engineering as a priority. I'm hearing heartening reports that this'll be resolved shortly.

Based on conversations with at least one advertiser who was also affected, you may find that rebooting your computer, then logging in at adwords.google.com directly (as opposed to using a bookmarked page) may do the trick for you. Worth a try anyway, as it worked for my advertiser.

Thanks for your patience. :)

OK - thanks for the update. It seems to have started working again now. curiously, it stopped working for my colleague again - at a different time - and has since fixed itself again.

We both deleted all the cookies on our machines - not sure if this helped (neither of us rebooted before it started working again).

I have found recently if I use my bookmark from Explorer (Mac 5.2.3 version) to log in Adwords,I use the autofill to fill in my email address, afterwards I type in the password each time manually, from that point on my Adwords account runs smoothly every time I log in. AWRs' suggestion of not using bookmarks at all is also effective, in my case.(Thanks AWR)
I have given up with Firefox, tried logging in with the new version available for Mac (version 1.0).The end result is always fustrating no matter what I do,clear cookies, cache, restart (this is a one time cure only, afterwards when you try to log in again the warning problem perists).

Hi all,

I've been alerted that the issue discussed in this thread has been resolved by engineering.

If anyone is still experiencing this problem, we'd sure like to know about it.

Thanks in advance!

AWA
