I apologize about the late notice on this, but I just found out that the email that was supposed to go to all of our customers to let you know about the scheduled maintenance, didn't go out because of technical issues (which we're still investigating).

The adCenter service will be unavailable until Sunday, October 8 at 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time. During this period, your current keywords and ads will continue to run; however, you will not be able to access adCenter.

Again, I am sorry about the lack of notice about this, and thank you for your patience.

Reports are delayed and conversions are not being tracked at all as of this weekend. I know, I know... total shocker!

So...... what were the improvements?

- Works worse with Firefox than it did (HAD to use IE)....
- Online screen conversions don't match report tool conversions....

So.... what changed for the better?

Hi everyone,
Because of the system maintenance this weekend, adCenter reporting data is delayed. The support team has let me know that it should be caught up tomorrow morning Pacific time. I will keep you posted as I learn more.

jbgilbert - could you please let me know what kind of issues you were having with Firefox / repro steps so I can escalate to adCenter support? Is anyone else having issues using Firefox with adCenter?

This is nothing new -- it has been posted about many times at various forums.

Please don't ask me to do the debugging of adcenter -- it's not my job.

Microsoft has tons more resources than I do.... Microsoft will have to do their own debugging.

Sorry, but I'm tired of providing detail to you guys on adcenter issues.
