Ever since Google took it upon themselves to download their latest toolbar upgrade to my local pc, that is, WITHOUT VERIFYING WITH ME, it is causing problems in XP browser not opening.

It may open the first time on a fresh boot, but beyond that, it locks up and won't reopen.

Anybody else experienceing this?

How can I get rid of this thing?
