I am curious what analytics tools/tracking programs people are using.

It would be a good reference point for new users as well as give us all a better understanding of what people are using these days.

Okay I go first:
We currently use WebSideStory - solid analytics and good tracking. Best thing for us is the integration with SalesForce.... this way our offline conversion are worked back to our online advertising.

In the past we have used weblogs as well as KeyWordMax which is a great tool for new to the industry people or those not looking at indepth analytics.

We use several:

* Internal, proprietary tracking
* ClickTracks Pro
* Atlas ProfitBuilder
* NetTracker
* Google AdWords conversion tracking

The reasons we use so many are too complicated to elaborate on, but there are reasons. :) All of the above are good for the purpose we want them to serve.

Given the vagaries of tool downtime etc. and the broad cross section of tools you are using I think you have virtually any contingency covered and analysed.
Have used all those except for the Google conversion tracker - am still a little wary of giving too much info.
