Hi everyone,
Customers are seeing errors or timeouts when trying to sign in or perform other tasks in the tool.

The adCenter development team is working on this issue as a top priority. I will keep you posted as I'm updated.

I'm sorry about this inconvenience.

Thanks,
adCenter411

Looks like this was resolved at about 10:30 this morning (Pacific time). Please let me know if you're still seeing any issues.

Thanks,

I can't get anything done in AdCenter at all. This has to be the least user-friendly Web site I have ever been on. Its just a total nightmare in every way. What is the point of the javascript/.aspx or whatever it is that AdCenter uses?

Anyone know if there any 3rd party tools that I can use to update bids and/or download reports so I never have to log in to this crap site ever again?

Hey friend, you are not alone in the suffering, I guess we have to be "long-suffering" with MSN :)

I consult for different organizations trying to use MSN in both US and UK, and if I had lot's of hair, I would have pulled everything out by now.

The problem is that Google has spoilt us real good and there is no way back from easy-to-use interface. MSN would just have to mature fast!

I have spoken with the adCenter feedback crew and they have a bunch of changes coming down the pike. I think in 6 months people will be a little happier about using the interface.

In 6 months? Maybe that's when the beta should have ended -- 6 months from now...

I have been unable to make some changes in an adcenter campaign for over a week now, but since traffic is virtually non-existent I'm just ignoring the issue.

They are making changes all the time but I just think we should be in a better place by 6 months....

They need to have the adCenter person start a thread like AWR has.

Aussie... was not picking on you... just stating my opinion that the production release was premature.

As far as getting direct help from "the adcenter person", the adcenter reps seem to have their hands tied up pretty well by the Microsoft bureaucracy and seem frustrated also (IMHO).

I think they must get pretty sick and tired of apologizing in EVERY thread response...

I didn't take it that way.... and I agree they are dealing with a lot of flak right now

....I can boldly and confidently say that they are, only that they are taking it manly. One of the reps in their HelpCenter was so frustrated when I asked why their system was so slow that he said because it is crap!

It easy to laugh, and I won't blame you, but we have to realize that the whole system is still very young. If you check on my past posts, I am not a die-hard fan of MSN, but neither do I support the constant slagging dished out to them; If we keep looking at Adcenter just because it's another Microsoft brand or product, we will never give them a chance to mature. In my opinion, they have come a long way in a very short time, and they are aware of the problems and constantly making changes.

I have, like many of you, had my share of frustration after frustration, but I will appeal to the community to give them another six months, if things still remain the way they are despite the backing of the mighty MSFT, then let's resume the slagging matches.

At the moment, I would rather suggest that we keep alighting all the problems we face through avenues such as this forum. I am happy that they have reps around who seem to be relaying things back to their bosses.
