Don't think its too early to tell (please, please don't respond to this thread "it's too earlyto say"). Since we are all in a business that normally requires significant foresight and these sites are now being introduced.

Anyway, I am developing several .mobi sites and since site design/develop must be integrated with optimization -- does anyone have a take on what may be used to rank .mobi sites from mobile compatible search facilities/networks -- both device driven and browser?

link popularity -- will google be partial to links from other .mobi/mobile sites or will .coms/.orgs/.nets suffice at this stage? can a .mobi be linked to from its .com counterpart having similiar content?

What topics will be provided by google and the others up-front prior to organic results -- in other words -- what stands to be the greatest in demand aside from mapping/local city business results and other info (what would be in direct competition)?
