Does Google pass PR when a link is run through a click-tracking system?

For example, if my site is: http://www.example.com

Does Google pass PR and give any credit for a link with the following examples:

http://www.linksite.com/Exit.cfm?http://www.example.com
http://www.linksite.com/click.cfm?campaign=adcampaign&target=4312432&url=http%3A%2F%example%2Ecom
