My page index is above 1,330,000 on August 1st week , in the mid of the month it has 182,000 but now it has 340,000. Any spider updation going in google?.

google is currently working on a supplemental results cleanup

They have cleaned up the supplemental results from before 2005 December that represented URLs long ago deleted or redirected. Those are gone from the index.

They have updated supplemental results for duplicate content where the duplicate URL still serves the content with a "200 OK" status. The URL now has a newer cache, but still supplemental.

They have created new supplemental results for any URL where the content has been edited, or deleted, or the URL newly redirected, in the last few months. The supplemental result represents the old content at that URL.

Could you please forward the more reference(URLS) about the google updation and supplemental results page. Most of the pages have supplemental results page.
