If I know my site has been checked by the goggle bot and other confirmation from other search engines besides goggle my site is listed would it be good to get a paid inclusion since my ranking seems to be so bad I can't find my site listings on my keywords doing the same effort the average person would put in to something like this? Is a paid inclusion only for sites not listed at all?

Paid inclusion, which is only offered by Yahoo, will not help your rankings. It only guarantees you inclusion into the directory.
