Hi everyone,
Some of you may have recently been receiving an error message when trying to run a Budget Summary report. This error has been recognized by our development team and a fix is currently being rolled out. I don't have a specific time when the fix will be deployed, though I'm assured it will happen soon.
In the meantime, I can recommend a workaround that will allow you to sucessfully pull this report:


Þ Expand Customize this Report

Þ Move 1 or many Accounts from available Accounts to Selected Accounts

Þ Click Run Report

I will post back to this thread once the fix has been implemented.

Just wanted to update everyone. The Budget Summary report should now be functioning normally. Please let me know if you continue to see an error message.

I don't have the same error, however, when I attempt to runa keyword report from the 26th & 27th, the wheels keep spinning but I'm not getting anywhere. 10 minutes later, it shows my report as still pending. Help?
