Well, I've been doing PPC since 1998. It's abit like stock trading. Take it slowly. Open just one account to get your feet wet (I recommend AdWords). Make sure you have a budget to experiment with, that you can afford to lose as you learn. *Absolutely use conversion tracking so you can measure ROI* Tune and optimize the ad, the keywords and the landing page. Then, once in production, what you decide to spend will be determined by your ROI.
Good luck.
P.S. Oh, and try not to get sucked into 5 hours a day like I did ;-)

I agree with the advise.... grab Andrew Goodman's book for solid background.

Their flash lessons are a great way to cover all your basics....
I found two packs Starter Edition and Standard one, which one is best?
another thing is i saw a option for bid charge's like $30, $60, $150 and Customized one. Which one to take?
For Example for "one keyword" how much to spent for one month?
I need a detailed help with example from experts
Thanks,
Jag

With the prevalence of inactivating and forcing higher bids for new accounts - at this stage I would recommend Yahoo Search as the way to start.... granted you will not gain from high CTRs - but your price is set to the bid. Start low and build up as you work out what words are selling... set your monthly limit at an acceptable level and keep an eye on it.
If certain hours work best for you you can day part... and there are a few other tricks to be learned but I would start low and get your feet wet.
As questions arise look for the right thread and post a question.
